Establishing a New Renter Account
The Virgin Valley Water District sees an Tenant of a Residential Property as someone who is renting or leasing a single family residence and has assumed responsibility for all water related billing and charges in lieu of the owner. The following will help you assemble the required document packet that may be mailed or presented to a VVWD representative in person.
STEP 1: SERVICE APPLICATION
The completion of a Rental Service Application is required for all new account applicants along with proof of an agreement for rental.
STEP 2: APPLICATION FEE
There is a $25.00 service charge to process the application.
